If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $100 fee for late cancellation or no-show that will be charged to your card on file.
For everyone’s safety, and because we have limited space, we do not allow extra guests in our studio while you get your service (i.e., infants, children, partners, siblings, friends, pets, excluding service animals). The building has a common waiting area that your guest can utilize while you are being seen. Our studio is filled with things that are hazardous to kids; as a result, kids are not allowed in the studio. Thank you for understanding.
Please note that once you purchase any of our service packages or treatments, there will be no refunds. All payments are considered final. However, if you have purchased a service that was not rendered, we will issue a credit to your Ojima Beauty account. This credit can be used to pay for any of our services.
