AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • NeoGen treatment has 5-7 days of social downtime.
  • For the first 24 hours after your NeoGen treatment allow the aquaphor applied after your treatment to keep working.
  • After 24 hours, rinse the treated area with cool water and use a mild Cetaphil cleanser and Aquaphor. Continue this for 1 week.
  • Please avoid the use of ice packs as it will interfere with the healing mechanism that yield will great results.

FAQ

The discomfort is relative, as everyone has a different level of sensitivity. However, numbing cream will be applied to make pain minimal and every effort will be made to make the process comfortable for you.
NeoGen is safe, and FDA-cleared for the treatment of many problems. It is so safe that it can used around the eyes unlike a lot of other devices.
Although results can be seen after a single treatment, for optimal results a series of 2-3 treatments spaced 6 weeks apart is recommended.
